Maximum Salary: USD $200,000.00/Yr.Summary This role will drive our efforts to deliver cross Data Governance council definition/activation, Data Quality & Catalog capabilities - approach, design and implementation all in support of the D&A strategy for Advantage and for their clients. This role will oversee ensuring we deliver one successful high-quality version of the truth across all functional areas of data - ensuring we centralize our approach to Data Governance through organizational and Data Quality and Data Cataloguing capabilities that drive consistency and reuse of business rules that enable speed and scalability across all areas of Data & Analytics as we deliver our Enterprise data foundation for all data products.Job Will Remain Open Until FilledResponsibilities The Company is one of North America's leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management, and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.Essential Responsibilities:Executing a comprehensive cross-functional data-centric delivery in Governance and Data Quality that is "built once, serves many" in nature.Depth of competency and data capability delivery in Data Quality & Data Cataloguing that interconnects with the critical points of Data ingestion, curation, governance, analytical data hierarchies, data quality, and data commercialization & democratization.Partner within and across teams to ensure alignment of deliverables to overall program success.Ensure ongoing support and success of all deliverables.Supervisory Responsibilities:Direct Reports:

Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools, and resources.Indirect Reports:

May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction, and mentoring to indirect reports.Minimum Qualifications

Education Level:

(Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.5+ Years of experience required.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Depth of Proactive and Reactive Data Quality experience with approaches & delivery.Hands-on experience in defining and delivering Data Catalog capabilities.Hands-on delivery experience in defining and landing Data governance councils.Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
