You will provide and oversee support and service activities for a designated client or group of clients, ensuring their operational needs and issues are managed to the highest level of satisfaction. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring quality service and operational performance within program and delivery standards. Discussing process improvements, gathering artifacts unique to the clients business and ensuring this information is documented in playbooks to be utilized for the execution of position requirementsExposure to the technical aspects of the record-keeping platform servicing our retirement businessesLeverage technical knowledge to accelerate to resolution of complex issues impacting the requirements of the position or to assist others with less experienceCollaborate with business partners on an ongoing basis to coordinate staging requirements and the final production of participant and plan sponsor media for designated reporting periodsExecute a thorough analysis of participant statements and plan sponsor statements validating data modules represented on the output. This includes but is not limited to; beginning and ending account values, fund performance, investment allocations, investment disclosure notifications, customized logo's, other message disclosuresAchieve expected Service Level Agreements (SLA's) related to any media products generated within designated scope of responsibilitiesBecome a Subject Matter Expert on SS&C Retirement Solutions system functionality and productsPrioritize client requests based on impact and severity of the issueApply strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve client-reported issuesWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work-related experience or Master's degree or 4 years equivalent work-related experienceKnowledge of retirement plan industry is preferredCustomer Service experienceAttention to detailCuriosity and the desire to learnExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEfficient time management with strong organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.SQL, PowerSelect, or TSO knowledge a plusAble to work in the local office 4-6 days per month.Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
