Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Designer to join our Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in CAD and manufacturing engineering, with a focus on transferring engineering information to manufacturing staff.
Responsibilities:
CAD Technician:
Perform Computer-Aided Design (CAD) duties to support cutting tool design, primarily using CREO and some AutoCAD.
Manufacturing Engineering Technician:
Assist in the effective and efficient transfer of engineering information to our manufacturing staff. This includes preparing drawing packages for the shop floor using our ERP system and creating inspection reports and other technical documents in Excel.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in CREO and AutoCAD.
Experience with ERP systems.
Strong skills in Excel for creating technical reports.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
