Assist with uploading backlog photos from previous PCI Design Awards entries to the digital database. Creating and formatting digital presentations. Assist with maintaining the PCI eLearning Center by uploading webinar recordings. Providing copy-editing support to the marketing department for multiple projects.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Administrative support for the marketing department.Update all marketing committee rosters, including uploading agendas, minutes, and other documents.Provide copy-editing support.Assist with maintaining PCI marketing webpages on the PCI website.Update PCI PowerPoint presentations.Assist with making phone calls and emails to PCI Market Survey respondents.Assist with PCI social and digital media.Upload photos and video content to the PCI database and digital channels.Prepare, pack, and ship all marketing materials to industry tradeshows and events.Upload webinar recordings to PCI eLearning Center (LMS).Provide creative feedback and ideas on supporting the PCI strategic goals and furthering PCI’s external reach.Perform day-to-day marketing tasks.General filing, answering phones, and other duties as assigned.Assist with PCI regional directors, when needed.Other Functions / Responsibilities:Help the Education department, when needed.Required Qualifications and Competencies:

A bachelor’s degree (in communications, business, organizational management, marketing or related degree) plus a minimum of two years related work experience (relevant internships will be considered as work experience). A combination of education and experience is evaluated. Association experience is a strong plus.Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills essential for communicating information to management and staff members and projecting a positive image as a representative of the Institute.A positive, proactive personality and an approachable team player.Demonstrated organization, planning and time management skills and ability to prioritize work and multi-task.Attention to detail required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office programs required.
