| As our

Social Media Coordinator

at HexClad, you'll support our Senior Social Media Manager in executing dynamic social media strategies that captivate and engage our audience. You'll play a vital role in content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring, helping to shape our brand's online presence.

Content Scheduling : Assist in planning and scheduling organic social media content across platforms, ensuring a consistent posting schedule aligned with the overall social media strategy.

Community Engagement : Monitor and engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering positive relationships with our audience.

Content Creation Support:

Collaborate with the creative team to gather visual and written content for social media posts, stories, and campaigns.

Social Media Monitoring:

Track and report on social media performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.

Research and Trends:

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations to enhance our social media presence.

Campaign Assistance : Support the execution of social media campaigns and initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Administrative Tasks : Handle various administrative tasks related to social media management, including maintaining content calendars, organizing assets, and updating social media guidelines.

Community Relations:

Engage and foster relationships with our social media community across organic posts and in our direct messages

Trend analysis:

Keep finger on the pulse of social trends, new platform features and best practices – identify key trends that we can utilize + present

Analytic Tracking:

Assist in the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of key metrics across US social media channels and provide to SMM

Post Management:

Oversee daily posting of all social media channels and ensure that posts are going up at optimized times with correct tags, collaboration features, and copy. Check that any pre-scheduled posts are going live on weekends and/or assist in posting anything that needs to be done in real-time

Event coverage:

Attend and/or organize (in absence-of) content capture for social sharing at all major HexClad events

Copywriting:

Write post copy for TikTok, Instagram recipe page other channels as needed and review processes across all posts to ensure for a cohesive brand voice

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in social media management or coordination, preferably in a consumer brand or ecommerce environment.

Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., DashHudson, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
