The Growth Marketing Manager will be a key contributor within a cross-functional team, partnering with marketing, product, engineering, data analytics, design, and business, to drive awareness and ultimately bring new customers to Apple services and products, via our apps and our many communication channels.Success in this role requires thriving in a quick-moving environment, adapting to an evolving ecosystem, and regularly embracing new challenges. This role would place you in a highly-energized environment with some of the most innovative and passionate individuals, inspiring you to do your best work.DescriptionResponsibilities for the Growth Marketing Acquisition Manager include:Drive acquisition and marketing strategies for Apple Services.Optimize programs through A/B testing and develop strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.Develop owned channel strategies & programs across the Apple ecosystem that will drive large scale awareness, discovery, and acquisition.Build cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against meaningful metrics, with a focus on experimentation and optimization.Collaborate with a broad range of teams to define and deliver projects as planned and on schedule.Minimum Qualifications5-8 years of experience building out unique acquisition strategies geared at optimizing conversion, subscription, and revenue - both on and off-platform.Strong understanding of subscription and/or recurring revenue business models.Possess deep understanding of, and experience completing A/B testing and leveraging data-driven insights.Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.Proven track record of problem solving, developing creative solutions, and demonstrating resourcefulness.Excellent communication with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s Degree required.Preferred QualificationsExhibit a strategic approach and the ability to lead the development and cross-functional execution of effective marketing programs.Strong communication skills and can deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization.Works collaboratively under pressure, with experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.Contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving environment and are willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle whatever task is necessary.Additional RequirementsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
