Innovative Metrics is seeking a talented, innovative, creative and proactive individual to serve as an In-House Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our growing team. We are looking for someone to create engaging assets including images and video for a variety of paid media channels. We are a performance marketing agency with a variety of in-house brands. We buy media across all paid channels including social, video, and more. This is a full-time position for a dynamic team member who has a strong work ethic to excel in a fast-paced environment.
The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.You will be working directly with our Internal Media buying team and our external vendors to deliver assets in a timely and efficient manner.
Required:
Excellent communication skillsFlexibility to switch focus between multiple projectsStrong multitasking, prioritization, and organization skillsAvid follower of trends and innovations in technology, design, and advertisingFamiliarity with design software and technologiesFamiliarity with Canva, CapCut, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc preferredAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with social media including Meta and TikTok preferredExperience in using AI tools and automation software
