Your strategic vision and innovative approach will drive revenue and brand growth, market penetration, and enhance our market presence. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.RESPONSIBILITIESAs the Vice President of Marketing, your main responsibilities will be:Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass product marketing, brand marketing, and marketing communications to drive business growth and brand awareness.Product Marketing:
Lead the development and execution of product marketing plans, ensuring successful product launches, positioning, and lifecycle management.Brand Marketing:
Cultivate and enhance the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels and touchpoints.Marketing Communications:
Oversee all marketing communications initiatives, including public relations, advertising, digital marketing, and content creation to build and maintain a strong brand presence.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.Performance Measurement:
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role in the pharmaceutical advertising space, preferably as a VP or Director of MarketingExtensive experience in product marketing, brand marketing, and marketing communications.Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.Strong understanding of healthcare advertising, TV advertising, digital marketing, social media, and emerging marketing trends.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.SPECIAL SKILLSProficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and drive unique marketing initiatives.Experience with budget management and financial planning.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.BENEFITSCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.Unlimited paid time off and holiday schedule.
