Serves on the Executive Leadership Team and leads and inspires a marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.Branding:

Builds and maintains strong relationships with media, community and business leaders, and other stakeholders to enhance the visibility and reputation of Mentoring Alliance.Media:

Oversees the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.Advertising:

Design and implement marketing plans to promote MAAS, MASC, and MAMC.Marketing Strategy:

Develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization’s mission and goals.Sales:

Partners with the Development team to create marketing materials and campaigns that drive donor engagement and fundraising success.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required; Master’s preferredMinimum of 5+ years of proven management of marketing efforts of a nonprofit or related business at a senior level requiredProven experience in strategic marketing planningExperience with website UX/functionality, content management systems (especially WordPress), and web analytics requiredThorough knowledge of social media and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) and Google AdwordsExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredExperience leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced work environment requiredComputer literacy, including experience with Microsoft and Google Suite requiredA combination of analytical, process-oriented, and creative enthusiasmEMPLOYEE BENEFITSAt Mentoring Alliance, we pride ourselves on the fringe benefits we are able to offer our full-time employees.
