Yes, possible to extend/convert.RoleThis role will be to provide leave coverage for our Digital Marketing Program Manager of Personalized Lifecycle Marketing. With their team leader, they will lead initiatives such as:Building and consulting on key customer journeys and triggers.Ensuring optimal customer entry into the digital journey with tailored customer onboarding journeys.Driving greater ease for customers shopping: predicted next customer purchase trigger and meal inspiration.Triggering relevant communications right after they shop.Consulting on critical triggers around specific business needs and shaping the design/guidelines around setting it up for success within the broader customer journey.Innovating on dynamic content capabilities for email and partnering with Channel Engagement lead to drive scale.Expanding how we win against key customer personal moments tied to birthdays and other celebratory moments.What we are searching forWe believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:Growth mindset / Adaptable.Strong Results Orientation.Leading Change.Executive Image.Strategic Planning.Competencies: A strong understanding of how our channels, product, and stakeholders work.Required experience:

7 years of experience in marketing related roles, with focus on retail and CRM channels for 3-5 years.Top 3 MUST have skills:Marketing experience, ideally with Omni-channel and personalization.Project Management (ability to run project end to end).Ability to quickly learn and adapt.Top 3 Nice to haves:Lifecycle marketing experience.Salesforce (SFMC) experience.Personalization experience (marketing or technical).What projects will they be brought on to support?Lifecycle Marketing & Journey planning.Personalization strategy and campaigns.Loyalty and other ongoing marketing campaign support.New platform onboarding and planning for journeys.Day to day breakdown:Ongoing team meetings.Planning and execution sessions with teams.Campaign execution (brief, creative reviews, authoring, launch prep).Technical planning for personalization, journeys.Will travel be a requirement?
