The KUIW Student Radio Officer (MD) reports to University Faculty.Essential FunctionsProgram and manage all music, bumps, station ids, and specialty content on-air and enforcing the KUIW music policy.Trains and advises on-air hosts, screens (and cleans) music, creates new content for on-air, and schedules weekly / monthly on-air playlists in Megaseg.Keeps all the categories in MegaSeg organized and maintains all PSAs.DJs on-campus events.Works closely with the Program Director to ensure that KUIW is broadcasting and streaming at all times.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesBasic Computer Skills.Ability to create graphics,Ability to manage website and curate content.Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA .Required Education

Current full-time UIW Communication Arts studentRequired Work ExperienceNone.Preferred QualificationsSuccessful completion of COMM 3390 Radio Practicum.Required Certifications, Licenses or RegistrationsNone.Work HoursSpecial events as needed.Physical Demands
