Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.Oversees communications to a wide variety of prospective student audiences using compelling and engaging content in written and visual formats.Acts as the primary Slate admissions communications administrator. Manages the day-to-day operation, use, and configuration of communications in the CRM.Supports the graduate admissions team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive communication plans through Slate.Processes communication campaigns in support of Enrollment Management strategy. The campaigns include text communications through a texting platform.Develops, tests and manages new email templates, ensuring they are responsive and mobile friendly. Quality assurance; ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the audience populations and communication flows.Develops queries for target audiences and ensures the accuracy of data before sending communications.Develops reports and measures analytics; A/B tests and tracks results to monitor and optimize message effectiveness in conjunction with enrollment goals.Maintains awareness of, shares and utilizes email best practices including browser/client/device compatibility, optimizing deliverability and message standards.Creates and executes long-term plans for the function of the CRM, Slate, within the department as it relates to prospect communications.Provides information and data/statistics used in the analysis and evaluation of the performance of enrollment management systems.Develops reports and dashboards and analyzes data to evaluate enrollment marketing and admissions communications strategies.Stays current on Lipscomb University Branding Guidelines and applies standards as appropriate to admissions communications.Effectively uses features to maximize CRM functionality, such as forms, dynamic content, snippets, etc. Stays abreast of best practices, changes, upgrades, enhancements and resources related to Slate Deliver.Develops training assets and leads training sessions (audiences to include admission counselors, school liaisons, etc.).Consults with school liaisons on event management within the Slate system and their related communications.Manages communication and relationships with digital marketing vendors.Other Duties:Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of University Graduate Admissions office policies and practices.Performs other related duties as assigned to support the functions of a dynamic, team-oriented environment.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of directly related full-time experience.Experience using admissions CRM technology.Experience creating and editing content.
