Director of Catering, Sales Managers, Reservations Manager, and Sales Administrative Assistants for both Springhill Suites and Marriott propertiesJob Purpose:

Generation of budgeted top-line revenue and RevPAR for the hotel through a successful revenue management strategy.Job Responsibilities:Lead, train & mentor sales staff including hiring, coaching development, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and terminations.Perform as the driver of all revenue and ensure quarterly and annual revenue goals are achieved for the hotel.Develop sales action plans, and forecast and evaluate trends to modify strategies that will enhance revenues effectively.Ensure hotel participation in all brand revenue management initiatives.Assist in the production of annual hotel business plan.Develop and maintain departmental budget.Lead property revenue meetings always ensuring revenue maximization and profit in all areas.Ensure that hotel credit procedures and audit guidelines are followed.Timely submission of required reports to General Manager, Regional Vice President and DDC Corporate Office.Maintain good rapport with local civic groups and companies.Develop and maintain good relationship with DDC Corporate Sales & Marketing staff.While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties from particular jobs when business needs dictate.Atlanta Marriott NW (managed by Dimension Hospitality) Offers Excellent Benefits and rewards:Health Insurance: (Full-Time associates) Benefits are effective the 1st day of the month following the date you complete your enrollment, not to exceed 60 days of employment.Retirement Savings (401k)Paid vacation: Eligibility for this time begins after 90 days of service (you will begin accruing on your first day).Flexible Sick Days: We offer flexible sick time which means you may use the time as personal time.
