Web Operations Marketing Manager

As TurboTax continues to expand our offerings to deliver our vision of “Getting Taxes Done for Everyone,” this pivotal role is a subject matter expert in managing CMS driven web pages, including authoring, setup and maintenance of our web properties.

An eye for quality, usability, and attention to detail are all key to success, as is building strong working partnerships across Marketing Strategy, Product Management, Analytics, Design, and Development teams to bring these web experiences to life.Responsibilities

Direct authoring, publishing, management, and QA of web experiences including hands-on coding/working with HTML/CSS/JS within Inuit's Content Management System.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, support web operations peers in problem solving, validation of A/B test setups, and execution of quality control activities.Partner and work cross-functionally with product, XD, engineering, analytics, and web operations teams to align on priorities and activities.Collaborate with XD resources to ensure designs fit within existing templates and components in addition to QA of pages using current web standards and best practices.Execute SEO best practices, site mapping, user pathways, and information architecture.Develop and execute processes to improve content quality, maintainability, and usability making sure template driven pages and associated test experiences are compliant and accessible.Vet requirements from marketing strategy, product managers, and other key stakeholders to accurately size project requests.Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment to ensure that all work is completed according to department standards.5+ years of experience in Content Management, Web Marketing and/or Marketing OperationsDemonstrated ability to run browser-based application testing and debugging. WordPress, Stackbit, or Adobe Experience Manager preferred.Experience authoring web pages and web content leveraging collaborative design tools such as FIGMA, as well as ability to use CMS and HTML.Knowledge of Agile software development methodology, Project Management processes, and leveraging tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Google Sheets.Self-Starter: Demonstrated track record of operating independently and efficiently to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, time management and able to clearly articulate thoughts and recommendations with attention to detail.Hands on knowledge of UX, SEO and other factors that impact web conversions.Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to work across multiple creatives and stakeholders to manage components for web pages.Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, business, or relevant field of study.
