The

Marketing & Creative Strategy Manager

is responsible for the execution of effective marketing and brand strategies, as well as tactics to drive brand awareness and company growth. Manage marketing campaigns and projects from inception to completion, including production, post campaign analysis and reporting, brand audits, and market research. Partners with outside agencies and internal stakeholders to develop creative campaigns that include but are not limited to broadcast and cross channel media, digital, social and print. Manage, develop and facilitate programs to positively impact the customer and consumer perception of Charter's brands.This role is On-site, Stamford 4 days. 1 Day Hybrid.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, including creative agencies and media planning to ensure advertising campaign success.

Support internal Creative Studio by managing projects and schedules for the team and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Create detailed marketing briefs that outline campaign objectives, target audience, key messaging, and creative requirements. Collaborate with agency partners to ensure that marketing materials align with strategic goals.

Conduct on-going industry analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and areas of opportunity. Translate competitive insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance in order to develop insights that lead to informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies.

Manage relationships with external creative partners to optimize execution and gain efficiencies while elevating creative output.

Work with internal teams to support and highlight product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Ensure consistency and accuracy across various marketing channels. Craft unified product and brand narratives that can be aligned to the Spectrum brand identity and will resonate with the target audience.

Demonstrates passion and acts as a Brand ambassador.

Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.

Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishMust possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive wayAbility to communicate with all levels of management and company personnelMust possess a high-level of proficiency in PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasksAbility to think creativelyAbility to build strong relationships with customers and colleaguesStrong complex project management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage priorities, set and meet deadlines, and manage budgets for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverablesAbility to work independently and make recommendations and decisions autonomouslyAbility to conduct formal presentations to all levels of managementAbility to maintain confidentiality, strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to think strategicallyAbility to motivate and supervise othersRelated Work ExperienceIndustry experience in telecommunications, B2B marketing, technology or related industries - 4+ yearsExperience in managing integrated marketing and brand campaignsManagement experience – 2 yearsEducationBachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeProven experience in marketing strategy development and execution creative campaigns.

Ability to think creatively and strategically.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Ability to identify ways to incorporate AI into workstreams.

Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and phone products and services.

Related Work Experience

Experience in managing traditional and online/social media planning a plusExperience in brand managementWORKING CONDITIONSStandard Office environment. Some travel may be required.
