You will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering strategic, on-brand, highly impactful creative in support of our brand and marketing content. This role requires critical thinking, B2C and B2B design expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with others.

Social first (vertical) video shooting and editing, TikTok & IG experience.

Our development process is an iterative approach with consideration of creative, strategic, and performance analytics feedback to improve and evolve work. The team takes a full-funnel approach messaging at every step of the journey across platforms. Animated display, social creative, and print promotion are just a part of the campaign work you'll develop with this team.

What you’ll do

Deliver creative within brand guidelines

Translate creative briefs & ideas into compelling visuals & motion design

Collaborate within a cross-functional team with other designers, copy, and strategy

Fulfill multiple project requests within defined deadlines

Present creative ideas effectively and manage and implement feedback

Ensure creative projects are prioritized appropriately and delivered on time and on strategy

What you’ll bring

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Excellent visual design and motion design skills

Proficiency in motion design software (AfterEffects, PremierPro)

Strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, and an understanding of brand guidelines and narrative

Experience conceptualizing, designing, and creating highly-effective graphics

Proven ability to design marketing collateral, digital and social ads, and other digital marketing formats

A minimum of 3 years work experience, ideally 5-10

Ability to translate business goals into world-class design

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $40 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
