Client Engagement:

Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in various settings, including stores, offices, and restaurantsWork with the sales administrator to send out new home sales listings and capture new opportunitiesFollow up on leads from builders and bid opportunitiesNetwork with designers, builders, and past clients to expand your client baseDeliver exceptional service to convert prospects into satisfied customers

Sales Execution:

Conduct in-home consultations to showcase our products and close salesEvaluate each space to recommend the best products based on your in-depth catalog knowledge

Project Management:

Obtain and manage quotes, ensuring timely and clear communication from project scope to installationTrack and log client orders, coordinating with the sales administrator for deposit collection and order reviewOversee processes like permits, CAD drawings, and backorder follow-upsKeep project statuses updated throughout the process

Account Management:

Gather feedback from installers to continuously improve our servicesSend personalized follow-up communications to clientsMaintain an innovative mindset and promote exemplary work on social mediaBuild and maintain strong, positive relationships with team members, customers, and vendorsCollaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
