Our B2B Marketing Manager, Industry and ASC collaborates with AORN Industry and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) teams to support and grow market share across products/sponsorships. This is a diverse role requiring healthcare marketing expertise on multiple fronts: understanding relevant strategies and execution to reach medical companies and expand their alliances with AORN; reaching broad perioperative audiences to engage them in industry-sponsored programs and events; and recognizing unique needs of professionals working in ASCs so that we can grow audience and sales in those s

AORN is based in Denver, CO. Our B2B Marketing Manager, Industry and ASC will work remotely.

More about what you'll get to do as our B2B Marketing Manager, Industry and ASC: Manages product marketing strategies and outreach execution to support Industry and ASC Sales. Refines targeted messaging by segments and marketing channels to effectively grow support of the AORN portfolio. Develops timelines and manages budgets to ensure cost-effective marketing strategies. Coordinates with Industry partners to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborates with internal subject matter experts to develop relevant and engaging content for courses and events. Leads AORN Center of Excellence (COE) marketing strategy and tactics to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment across the organization. Applies B2C marketing strategies to increase perioperative audiences at events and programs that are industry sponsored - facilitating the connections. Grows awareness and sales for the ASC product portfolio. Drives solutions across development teams (primarily Sales, Content/Education, Marketing/Communications and the Executive team) to create compelling positioning that grows revenues in Industry-sponsored programs and products. Works closely with downstream digital, web and creative teams to execute effective channel strategies, plans and shares in implementation responsibilities. Studies the behaviors of Industry partners and ASC decision makers to determine product and marketing gaps. Analyzes potential partner relationships for products. Other duties as assigned.

Must Have's to be our B2B Marketing Manager, Industry and ASC: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field. Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within the medical industry, hospitals/health sys ems, or related healthcare industries.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Healthcare product management experience. Experience working for or with medical device companies. Experience working with ambulatory surgery centers. Market intelligence/strategy experience. Experience writing and messaging for digital and traditional channels. Experience with SalesForce. Familiarity with event marketing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of the technological landscape in healthcare. Ability to successfully interface with team members and partners at all levels. Strong persuasion and collaboration skills. Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and follow through on commitments.
