VP of Marketing

for our Workplace Solutions (WPS) business lines. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership to achieve key business objectives and lead the strategic planning, direction, and evaluation of marketing programs and plans that drive market awareness of Lincoln’s products and services.What you'll be doingPartner and advise executive management and key senior business leaders on strategic marketing approaches.Oversee and lead the creation of complex communications and marketing collateral.Ensure marketing collateral content is accurate, relevant, and consistent.Build relationships with executive management to align marketing tools with business goals.Establish performance metrics to track marketing program effectiveness.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and branding standards.Maintain knowledge on current trends and collaborate with management to incorporate them into strategies.Provide training and development opportunities for team members.Lead complex digital marketing projects from inception to execution.Identify opportunities to leverage technology to enhance marketing processes.Establish a standardized workflow for evaluating new marketing technology solutions.What we’re looking for12+ years’ experience in marketing aligned with the responsibilities of this position.5+ years of management experience, influencing senior management and stakeholders.4-year degree or equivalent work experience.Experience in financial services marketing, preferably Group protection and/or retirement products.Strong presentation skills and ability to influence management.Demonstrated ability to hire, retain, and develop staff.Strong relationship management skills with internal clients.Ability to advocate effectively and command attention in groups.Application DeadlineApplications will be accepted through August 26th, 2024, subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume.About The CompanyLincoln Financial Group helps people to plan, protect, and retire with confidence.
