VP of Marketing
for our Workplace Solutions (WPS) business lines. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership to achieve key business objectives and lead the strategic planning, direction, and evaluation of marketing programs & plans that result in measurable business goals & drive market awareness of Lincoln’s products and services for our Group Protection and Retirement Plan products.What you'll be doingPartnering & advising executive management & key senior business leaders on strategic marketing approaches to enhance & maintain competitive position.Overseeing & leading the creation of complex communications & marketing collateral that supports consistent enterprise messaging.Ensuring marketing collateral content is accurate, relevant & consistent in style and tone, optimizing market awareness of Lincoln’s products & services.Building relationships with executive management and key senior business leaders to align marketing tools and programs with business goals.Establishing performance metrics and benchmarks to track & assess marketing effectiveness.Ensuring compliance of marketing collateral with regulatory requirements and branding standards.Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging trends to incorporate into strategies.Providing training and development opportunities for team members.Leading complex digital marketing projects from inception to execution.Identifying opportunities to leverage technology to enhance marketing processes.Establishing a standardized workflow for evaluating new marketing technology solutions.What we’re looking for12+ years’ experience in marketing aligned with the responsibilities of this position.5+ years of management experience, influencing senior management/stakeholders.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Experience in financial services marketing, preferably Group protection and/or retirement products.Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence at all management levels.Demonstrated ability to hire, retain, develop, and coach staff.Strong relationship management skills with internal clients.Effective advocacy and ability to command attention in groups.Application Deadline:
