As the Senior Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) for Marketing, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all marketing projects and initiatives within the organization. You will be responsible for establishing project management processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and programs on time and within budget. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness across marketing initiatives.

PMP or PgMP highly desired.Proven experience in a senior leadership role (5-7 years) within project management.Expert‐level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.Motivated to build relationships at executive levels with Technology, Product, and Revenue teams.
Let's talk about the role:Developing PMO structure and governance model for managing marketing’s portfolio of projects—including resource allocation and capacity planning.Setting strategic direction and consistent approach for project intake, selection, prioritization, and post-completion measurement across the marketing organization.Accelerating impact, efficiency, time to market, and improving project lifetime value.Collaborating with other departments to align project management practices with standards being used by PMOs outside of marketing.Working with executive leadership to define priorities, address challenges, and communicate status & risks.Championing the adoption of agile methodologies.Coaching and mentoring project management practitioners and sharing knowledge of best practices.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is:
$156,000 - $234,000 .
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
