Overview of Position

The Marketing Director will serve a key role on the Distribution Marketing & Business Development Initiatives team, specifically managing the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) training portfolio and ensuring we meet our compliance and regulatory requirements. The incumbent will collaborate closely with product marketing, product management, compliance and other internal business partners to maintain NAIC Annuity Suitability training presentations for all annuity product launches, rate changes, feature enhancements, fund additions, and other applicable changes.

This individual will serve as lead for value-add and business development programs amplification to our internal and external audiences, and manage our Broker-Dealer marketing material compliance effort with our key partners, working with Broker-Dealer firms.

Additionally, the role will support sales enablement programs across all distribution channels (sales) that will include creating monthly newsletters, sales presentations (PPT), emails, marketing materials and other communications.

ResponsibilitiesServe as Subject Matter Expert for the NAIC training program with Product Management, Strategic Accounts and Sales, and manage relationships with our Continuing Education vendor partnersUpdate and maintain more than 100 Variable, Index and Fixed Annuity NAIC training presentations.Help coordinate Compliance, Legal, Product Management, Investment Management and Principal reviews as needed.Maintain, manage and distribute Product Matrix spreadsheets for updates for each launchMaintain and manage vendor site gridsCoordinate content development, design and distribution of high-profile monthly distribution channel communicationsSupport conference marketing with digital marketing, QR code fliers and other marketing materialsWhat you need to know

Bachelor degree required, 5+ years of professional marketing experience preferredFinancial Services experience required, experience marketing annuities preferredHigh energy, positive attitude and strong work ethicStrong project management and organizational skills.Highly proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPointHighly self-directed and motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and an ability to work in collaboration with other business units, with excellent attention to detail.Strong writing and communication skillsAbility to cope with change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with strong tactical execution skillsWhat our employees like most about working for Corebridge Financial Life & Retirement
