Overview of Position

As a Senior Marketing Manager and influencer at Corebridge, people come to you as a "go-to" source for help and support because of your deep knowledge and expertise. As a more experienced team member, you are capable of driving continual improvement and impacting the way we deliver and measure our impact. Because of your influence, whether direct or indirect, we are able to deliver powerful outcomes for our business partners and clients.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the acquisition strategies and plansdeliver communications to Corebridge prospective clients through programs and Lead Generation campaignsWork closely with the business partners to execute on Conferences and Sponsorships related to our industrySupport the development and integration of the Corbridge value proposition and how we tell our storyDevelop programs, marketing strategies and materials as required by the business designed to grow Corebridge business in all client segments and markets including Higher Education, K-12, Healthcare and Government-Municipalities; align with core business objectivesDevelop and execute communications, digital assets and booth / presentation for Conferences and Sponsorships that are included in our business development strategyDevelop partnerships with members of Acquisition and Market Leader teams.Deliver best-in-class acquisition programs designed to promote brandExecute the strategy to provide best in class sales finals materials. Keeping informed by the competitive landscape in the retirement business, scale current acquisition messages to compete in small - mid and large size plans.Develop dashboard and provide quarterly update for campaignsWork with data and analytics to create a measurable program for all Acquisition strategy metrics. Modify programs to optimize resultsWhat you need to know
