The Events and Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, as well as implementing marketing strategies to promote our state-of-the-art pickleball and golf club. You will play a pivotal role in executing marketing initiatives and coordinating various events and partnerships to promote the organization's brand and mission. This role requires a creative, organized, and dynamic individual who can manage multiple projects and drive engagement, membership growth, and overall club visibility.

Plan and execute a variety of social events, corporate outings, community programs and tournaments.Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including planning, venue setup, vendor management, participant registration, coordination with in-house team, and ordering marketing materials or giveaways.Work with catering team to plan menus and ensure the highest quality food and beverage service.Develop event budgets and manage expenses to ensure financial goals are met.Manage partner activations at events in coordination with sales team, including ordering/delivery of event materials and all contractual obligations.Evaluate event success through post-event surveys and metrics, providing recommendations on future improvements.Develop programs and initiatives to enhance member experience and retention.Management of external marketing agencies to ensure data driven results on advertising strategy and ongoing audience building.Coordinate content creation, including logistics, scheduling, and brand compliance.Handle promotional items and retail product assortment ordering, inventory management, and distribution.Merchandising, buying, and fostering relationships with retail partners, and oversight of product assortment in Pro Shop.Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning and marketing, preferably in a sports or club environment.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic graphic design software.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.Passion for sports, particularly pickleball and golf, is a plus.Benefits
