Marketing CoordinatorECAMSECURE (a GardaWorld Company) is the pioneer and industry leader in the manufacture of outdoor video surveillance equipment and video monitoring for over 30 years. Located in sunny Long Beach, CA we are an established, stable, and busy company poised for rapid growth.

Overview of Role:The Tradeshow Coordinator handles the organization, planning and execution of ECAMSECURE's exhibitor presence at conferences/tradeshows. The Tradeshow Coordinator manages the securement of selected venues, coordinates with vendors and exhibitors, and works within a specific budget to achieve goals of the event. They are responsible for every element of tradeshows, from the planning and design phase to cleanup. The Tradeshow Coordinator reports to the Marketing Manager and will be the onsite ECAMSECURE representative at tradeshows.

Responsibilities:

Work within an approved list of tradeshows that ECAMSECURE will attend for the year.Register for shows and manage all fees through accounting.Schedule booth display with vendors and coordinate layout, payment, and planning.Set up any extra events such as happy hours, dinners, etc. during tradeshow week.Book attendee hotel rooms.Prepare promotional items and giveaways.Coordinate booth attendance with Sales leadership.Manage tradeshow checklist.Quality checks all marketing materials to travel with the booth.Coordinate the booking of all electric, internet, and cleaning of the booth during show days.Coordinates with appropriate teams for the delivery of event materials in a timely manner, including marketing literature, display, demo units, A/V equipment, etc.Garner approval for use of demo tech within booth space.Schedule delivery of demo tech to exhibit center.Schedule pre-show calls with exhibit attendees and unit installers/technicians.Schedule post-show debrief call with attendees and leadership.Work with show representatives and other third-party vendors.Attend most tradeshows.Additional Talents :

Must be able to travel 10% of time for tradeshows.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Must have great communication with both internal parties and vendors.Must be organized and be able to plan more than one tradeshow at a single time.Have a background in coordinating high volume tasks.Physical Requirements:

Some lifting of boxes or other booth materials during tradeshow days.Long periods of standing during tradeshow days.Long periods of sitting and looking at a computer monitor.Compensation:$70,000 annually

This position is hybrid out of our Long Beach, CA headquarters.
