Job Summary:
Grand Circle Corporation is a leading travel operator serving Americans over the age of 55. We are seeking a passionate Designer who will play a vital role in our design team, assisting with a range of design tasks and taking on production design responsibilities. You will work alongside creatives and copywriters to concept and execute, e-mail & web content across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to grow their skills and contribute to exciting projects within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:Assist senior designers with the creation and execution of design projects, including but not limited to digital, email, and web design.Handle production design tasks such as resizing images, and ensuring design consistency across various platforms.Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.Maintain and organize design assets, ensuring files are up-to-date and easily accessible for the team.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to support ongoing and upcoming projects.Perform quality checks on final designs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and bring fresh perspectives to the team.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a design role or internship, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.Proficiency in Figma. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools is a plus.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a proactive and positive attitude.What We Offer:
