You will be part of an enthusiastic team that builds and runs the digital marketing technology that is being used by LinkedIn marketing and communication teams around the world.Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a team and invest in their career development, coach them to perform to high standards, and empower them to create impact internally and for their clients through regular team engagement.Lead your team with an agile mindset, focused on problem-solving through creative solutions, and support them to thrive in a fast-paced environment where growth and change are the only constants.Create an inclusive team where members have a strong sense of equity and belonging.Own the overall strategic AdTech Tracking and Signal Management program, its success, and measurement and execution of its goals.Maintain deep understanding of MarTech stack, Business & Strategy for Key Marketing initiatives across multiple business units, especially related to Paid channels.Lead and represent Marketing in compliance and privacy regulation/best practices partnering with Legal, Security and Trust teams.Stay up to date and drive discovery of capabilities, platforms or technologies to mitigate upcoming industry and regulatory changes, including impact to the deprecation of the 3rd party cookie.Plan, scope and feature set of AdTech requirements with partners, including Marketing, Product, User Experience and Engineering.Lead cadence of regular syncs with partners to understand progress of new tagging requests and other AdTech capabilities.Build relationships with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prioritize across multiple stakeholders.Manage end-to-end strategy, management and process of tagging requirements and requests: including documentation, requirements gathering, tracking set-up (client-side and server-side) and QA/testing.Work with our engineering partners on troubleshooting issues.Perform and manage various tracking audits.Build strong relationships with marketing leadership to educate and influence their marketing efforts.QualificationsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.10+ years of experience working with Tag Management Systems, Web Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), and third party tracking (client-side and server-side).3+ Years' agency experience planning, set-up and campaign optimization of paid media across multiple channels.Preferred Qualifications:Strong understanding of digital MarTech / AdTech ecosystems and products as well as website technology / how websites work (coding skills not required, but understanding what to look for).Comfortable being subject matter expert for compliance/privacy regulations items impacting digital marketing.A results driven personality that is comfortable bringing order to ambiguity, has the ability to work in self-guided manner, and isn't afraid to question the status quo.Interest to learn and understand our LinkedIn specific microsites and products environment, and our information security, compliance, and privacy requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail.Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.Strong documentation, coordination, and project management skills.Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, such as paid media, marketing, product, engineering, and external agency partners.Proficiency at learning complex software solutions.Strong communication, interpersonal, and support skills.Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative, and leadership.Great team player with a sense of humor.LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The pay range for this role is $121,000 to $188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
