Our client is seeking a Communications Specialist for their Retail Engagement and Marketing Team. As an ideal candidate, you're able to produce clear, well-written communications under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You are well-organized, can manage several projects at a time, and possess the technical savvy to navigate ticketing and publishing systems with ease. In this role, you’ll support communication that impacts the day-to-day operations of Retail. This includes supporting communication for Specialists in Retail Stores, as well as Retail Customer Care Centers. You’ll work with the business to produce thoughtful, strategic and engaging communication for a global audience.

Apply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.In addition to producing high quality operational communications, you'll cultivate relationships with key business partners, design and execute on strategic communication plans for operational events, collaborate with individual retail groups to streamline and reduce overall communication, offer edits and writing assistance to your teammates, help build out an operational planning process, analyze content metrics and influence content design standards.

Key Qualifications:

3-5 years experience writing communications, working at a publication, web publishing, advertising agency or in-house creative environment

Solid understanding and grounding in U.S. English style, usage, grammar, and punctuation

Familiar with the Chicago Manual of Style

Tech-savvy, familiarity with Macs, web-publishing systems

Excellent communication skills, ability to work as a member of a team and thrive under pressure

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with international teams

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $54/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
