Pro Staff is seeking a skilled Corporate Communications Project Manager to join our team in Avon, MN. This role supports our Corporate Communications function and strategic initiatives that drive Blattner's long-term goals and growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal clients, department staff, and Corporate Communications leadership to ensure project resources, deliverables, and outcomes are clearly defined, organized, and available to the project team.

Pay Rate: $38.00 - $46.00 per hour, based on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office)

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain a Corporate Communications calendar, including daily, weekly, and monthly priorities. Ensure visibility to team capacity, timing, and prioritization of work.Work with internal clients and department staff to clearly identify, organize, and communicate project resources, deliverables, and outcomes.Partner with Corporate Communications leadership to assess team capacity, tools, processes, and performance. Provide visibility into project progress, obstacles, and challenges.Advance department processes and procedures, aligning them with best practices and evolving team needs. Document and update departmental processes.Interface with vendors and freelance resources to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.Lead cross-functional, multi-faceted Corporate Communications initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, timing, and resources. Manage project tools, practices, and documentation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years in a project management role within a marketing or communications agency/team. Proven experience in organizing creative workflows, scheduling resources, and leading significant marketing and communications initiatives.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools like Asana and HubSpot preferred.Effective communicator with the ability to tailor styles to different stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions. Strong leadership and coaching skills.In-depth understanding of Marketing, Communications, and Creative development principles. Ability to leverage data, metrics, and KPIs effectively.
