As the #1 Magnetic Building Sets brand in the U.S.(1), we're experiencing tremendous growth and looking to welcome a new teammate to help us further elevate and scale our ecommerce efforts!

As the Sr. Manager - Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, you'll be responsible for overseeing the management and growth of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) website, magnatiles.com. This is a true ownership opportunity that doesn't come around often in one's career, encompassing both activities on-site and the key off-site levers (email, SMS, paid media) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion. You'll work closely with cross-functional teammates and agency partners to push boundaries, grow our DTC business and delight the millions of MAGNA-TILES fans across the country.

This position is a critical, new role in our business and reports to our SVP of Marketing, though you'll work with teammates across the organization to break new ground and set new bars for the biggest name in magnetic building.

What We're Looking For

Holistic ownership of the DTC channel, including hands-on development and execution of merchandising, promotion, content and SEO strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.Lead email marketing and SMS efforts with agency partner to ensure communications are engaging, personalized, and effective.Work collaboratively with cross-functional team and media agency to optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms including Google, Meta and OTT.Collaborate with web development agency to enhance site functionality, visitor experience, brand experience and conversion rates.Analyze site performance to identify insights and provide recommendations to Management Team to increase traffic, time on site and conversion.Work with Marketing & Consumer Care teams to stand-up product registration database and manage consumer lifetime value.Work collaboratively with SVP of Marketing to set website objectives, define our DTC roadmap, allocate budgets and execute strategies to achieve marketing objectives and exceed KPIs.Passion for play, our consumer and the day-to-day work required to build an enduring, world-class toy brand online and a thriving DTC business.Enthusiasm to collaborate with teammates across a wide range of initiatives, from upfront planning and strategy, through tactical execution and measurement.Eagerness to expand 1st party data capture and analysis, to understand our consumer shopping journey and levers to drive repeat purchase and brand loyalty.Strong desire to take initiative, roll up your sleeves, apply your experience, grow your professional toolkit, and make a positive impact on the organization.Desired Experience + Skills

7+ years of e-commerce marketing and merchandising experience on a brand or retailer DTC business.Hands-on stewardship of e-commerce storefront using platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, Salesforce, Magento, or similar.Experience leading a website re-platforming project is strongly preferred, but not required.In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and tools, including paid media, email, and SMS.Experience directing the launch and optimization of paid media campaigns.Proficient in Google Analytics and translating insights into action.Strong project management and budget management skills.Intrinsically motivated and entrepreneurial self-starter with a positive "can-do" attitude.Gifted storyteller with excellent communication skills and executive presence.Strong attention to detail and consistency across key consumer touchpoints.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Experience in the toy industry and marketing to young parents is preferred, but not required.Strong desire to embrace and live by our company's core values:Better never stopsThe Team, The Team, The TeamThink like a child -imaginative, honest, inquisitive, decisive, optimisticComplete commitment to colleagues, customers, consumers and community
