Position SummaryThe ideal Senior Marketing Manager will have 5+ years of business experience leading complex marketing strategy development and cross-functional execution. You will be developing and driving marketing programs from concept to conclusion and evaluating qualitative and quantitative objectives. The ability to build, execute and support marketing programs and campaigns that will drive leads and revenue for the direct sales team is required. You will be responsible for influencing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively to deliver results.

Compensation: The target base salary for this role would be $80,000 with an incentive bonus of 10% annual salary.

This position has the option to be a remote opportunity

Pay Range: $66,000.00 - $110,000.00

ResponsibilitiesYou will work with the Direct Sales Channel to grow business through various marketing activities across multiple marketing channels with an emphasis on the Enterprise Sales Channel.Strategize and plan campaigns with key stakeholders within the Direct Channel.Create data-driven marketing campaigns using a multi-channel approach, growth mindset, and creative perspective.Use data to measure campaign performance and track ROI.Directly attribute revenue to your campaigns.Establish clear and consistent communication with the Direct sales team.Create and manage project plans while coordinating logistics of events and trade shows from planning, pre-event, event, and post-event to ensure flawless execution.Work directly with digital marketing managers to create innovative campaigns that drive Direct Sales Channel demand and Marketing Qualified Leads.Select the best third-party vendors for lead generation, content syndication, and events.Collaborate with other departments to drive demand cross-functionally.Experience with RFPs collaborating across departments is a plus.

Minimum QualificationsTypically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
