Account Supervisor (Branding & Marketing)

Account Supervisors at Push oversee and lead a portfolio of clients, managing the overall strategic and business relationship between the client and the agency. The Supervisor will also help lead and manage members of the Account Service team, in the day-to-day tasks to fulfill branding, marketing and advertising campaigns and efforts. Additionally, Supervisors are responsible for working collaboratively with all agency departments to ensure smooth execution of all agency services on behalf of the client to foster relationship and business growth for both parties.

If hired, position requires full-time residence in Orlando, Florida, and will be able to work on a hybrid work schedule: Monday & Tuesday remote, Wednesday through Friday, in-office.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and support Account Team members to ensure day-to-day project tasks of routing feedback as well as ongoing growth opportunitiesProvide guidance and strategic input and project leadership for projects and initiatives including but not limited to brand, advertising and marketing campaign efforts and plansManage high-level expectations and relationships between client and agency teamsManage and oversee scopeOversee all project initiatives and ensure work is on-strategy and meeting project and/or business goalsGuide internal and client teams through challenging business situationsProactively bring to light any avenues for client growth and/or out-of-scope project opportunities, when necessary/appropriateWork closely with Creative, Traffic and Media team leads to ensure client goals and timelines are met effectively and fairlyOversee billing process and client budgets ensuring accurate and fair management of fundsSupport creative team in selling campaign assets and ensure all deliverables align with the brief and strategic business expectationsLead overall client strategy and execute client planning sessions on quarterly or annual basisUnderstand and monitor client business and related industries to maintain understanding of competitive landscapeReview and provide feedback on creative work before team shares with clients to alignment on strategic objectives and business goalsWrite and conduct annual reviews of junior to mid-level direct report Account Management team membersDraft proposals, SOWs and support any new business efforts, where necessary

QualificationsDegree in Advertising, Communications or Marketing preferred6-10 years related advertising or marketing industry experience—Account Management experience preferredStrong leadership and relational skills for both internal and client teamsAbility to be adaptable and nimble, navigating frequently changing client landscapesClear understanding of and heavy experience with digital and traditional paid media types, including reportingExperience managing multiple clients at one time effectively and efficiently, in a fast-paced environmentExperience driving traditional and digital advertising, branding, positioning, brand strategy and misc. marketing effortsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong emphasis on proactive communicationStrong presentation skillsSelf-motivated, highly organized and detail-orientedAbility to react professionally and maturely under pressure and in challenging situationsExperience managing junior to mid-level team members and fostering team growthSolid understanding of agency operations and businessPositive attitude, fun and driven
