Go-to person for all things related to marketing operations, including project management, technology, governance, compliance, process management, budget and collaboration with product and strategic sourcing.This person will be a key person in the team making sure all projects are moving along and all involved parties are involved throughout the lifecycle of the project. This project might include campaigns, multi-channel campaigns, single asset campaigns and other special projects where a project manager is required.Project manager will also be involved in content planning and creation and working with our agency of record through the process of the campaignsResponsibilities

:Marketing Operations & Project ManagementMarketing Project management in direct partnership with the Commercial strategist from inception, starting with a debrief to discuss purpose and measures of success for the campaign, as well as detailed deliverables, dates and review/ approval workflow.The project manager will be responsible for the marketing brief and internal kick-off within the team via a solution call, and to agree on all deliverables, timelines and colleague involvement within Marketing to engage.Oversee the proper execution of all elements of a given campaign to completion while following strict audit trail for review and approval by Legal & Compliance stakeholders.For all non-campaign related requests, Project Manager to share request with Commercial strategist and determine jointly whether the request should be worked on or not. If yes, similar responsibilities as for the campaign support for the same but in a much smaller scale.Ownership of sourcing and invoicing for the commercial teamBudget file ownership and guidance - working together with team leader to create summaries/ and forecastMost projects should be campaign related and pre-established over a quarterly calendar.Lead the sourcing process, assist with the PO process, budgeting, invoicing, track spending, etc.Provide project management support for enterprise marketing programs and campaigns as needed.Marketing Governance, Compliance & Regulatory Review Process & DocumentationDocument marketing governance policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensure they are communicated and adhered to by the marketing team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Bank Verticals, and IT to ensure marketing is aligned with overall business objectives, while also complying with company policies and regulations.Assist with content audits and collateral updates with responsibility of meeting financial, marketing, regulatory, legal, operational, product, projects, and strategic objectives.Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.Responsible for maintaining all marketing communications and content documentation and for providing reports and samples for all internal and external audits, legal and compliance reviews.Education, Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of relevant professional marketing experience, project management, or a related field,Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools, while also maintaining data privacy and security.Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive business results, while also ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, across multiple areas of the bankExperience with Workfront as a project management tool and experience with content management systems like Qorus DocsStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, while also explaining governance policies and regulations to non-experts.Knowledge of marketing best practices, industry trends, and governance standards.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with governance policies and regulations.The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 USD to $90,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
