Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

OVERVIEWRange Realty Partners is looking for a dynamic individual who is experienced in marketing and graphic design. This role will involve producing marketing materials to promote Range’s property listings and other items in support of our sales team in the Kansas City area.QUALIFICATIONSProficient in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), with a strong understanding of best practices for engagement, content creation, and analytics; skilled in using social media management tools.Highly organized with a focus on customer service, demonstrating a great attitude, work ethic, and strong sense of team through a friendly, proactive, and professional approach.Out-of-the-box thinker that actively seeks out new solutions to design problems.Outstanding project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment.Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to creating quality work products.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL SKILLSBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications or Marketing with 2+ years of graphic design experience.BENEFITSCompetitive salaries, annual bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation pay, volunteer & community involvement.Flexible hours with only 1-2 days a week required at the office.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop high-quality property marketing materials and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to promote properties and engage potential clients effectively.Ensure a high-quality standard and deliver a customer service-oriented attitude while thriving in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.Layout and produce Range branded and custom marketing materials to promote property listings, including brochures, email blasts, websites, proposals, new business presentations, invitations, signage, and environmental graphics.Schedule targeted email campaigns to effectively promote properties and engage potential clients.Bring client's story to life by designing tailored collateral for client properties through print and digital assets.Format research-based data and create graphics that portray a visually compelling story such as market reports, newsletters, infographics, statistical graphs, charts, and tables.Translate creative strategy into creative direction, designing with a bigger picture in mind, and preparing presentations, all with exceptional follow-through.Stay in front of design and marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our company professionals.Work autonomously and effectively cross-manage multiple projects at one time.If interested, please send your resume and a brief description of your background to Ellen Fisher at ellen.fisher@range-rp.com
