Join us on this shared journey toward a brighter tomorrow.Key responsibilitiesResponsible and accountable for all commercial sales activities within the PHINIA Aftermarket North America Independent Aftermarket (IAM) sales channel.

Owns the creation of the regional customer strategy and is accountable to proactively drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in line with PHINIA Aftermarket strategy within the assigned channels.

Accountable to drive the team to meet annual regional sales, profitability, and expense objectives.

Drives development of the multi-year revenue forecast for use in the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and proactively recommends monthly forecast updates and adjustments.

Establishes, develops, and maintains a high performing sales team in line with PHINIA values.

Develops, manages, and optimizes the company’s external sales agency strategy.

Monitors, distills, and provides strategic insights regarding market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments.

Collaborates cross functionally with executive leadership, Finance, Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales Admin to ensure both customer and company objectives are met.

Provides coordination and alignment on large-scale global customer issues where required.

Represents the business segment in a professional, positive manner across all levels of customer management.

What we’re looking for10+ years of automotive sales and people leadership experience.

Excellent selling, writing, verbal presentation, planning, follow up, and time management skills.

Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing sales teams.

Understand business principles including sales, margin, profit, return on investment, and inventory turns.

Must have ability to communicate effectively at all levels of leadership in both customer and internal company environments.

Excels at creating and managing sales process and defining of key sales metrics.

Knowledge of the market trends and the insightful implications of those trends for the industry, customers, and competition.

Strong collaborator with the ability to place the team’s results first.

Exhibits high credibility and trustworthiness to key customers and to the company—maintains a healthy balance between the key customers and company.

Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.

Key competenciesAt least 5 years in the automotive aftermarket

Demonstrated experience working within Salesforce.com or another CRM platform.

Strong and positive NA automotive aftermarket industry relationships.
