What Your Role Entails And How You'll ContributeWe are looking for a detail-oriented, versatile team player to help transform the customer experience on Hallmark’s eCommerce website and app. As part of Hallmark’s Digital team, the

Digital Content Specialist

will be responsible for publishing and coordinating a wide variety of content components, landing pages and promotions. The specialist will also provide content proofing, analytics and web strategy/operations support as assigned. The ideal candidate is passionate about eCommerce marketing and trends, continuous learning and improvement, and—most importantly—teamwork. In This Role You WillBuild, edit and schedule a variety of content components across Hallmark.com and the Hallmark Cards Now App based on strategic direction.Upload and organize assets within our content management system (images, text, links, PDFs, videos).Edit existing and create new HTML-based content assets and pages.Create and troubleshoot onsite and in-app promotions, including coordination with internal QA team.Review scheduled content, link destinations, offers and A/B tests across device types for production approval, as well as final validation once live.Coordinate with content, merchandising, development and analytics partners to identify both functional and experience optimization opportunities, then update project workflow.Create internal tracking codes for onsite and in-app content.Manage dashboards and report on data insights for site content including homepage features and key landing pages.Offer legal and SEO content upload.

Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or 4 years’ professional experience.3+ years’ experience working in a Content Management System (CMS) for web.Experience working in a project workflow tool such as JIRA, Confluence or Smartsheet.Experience with HTML/CSS.

Preferred QualificationsExpert knowledge of HTML/CSS.Experience working in Salesforce’s Page Designer Extended (PDX).Salesforce Business Manager content and promotion experience.Experience in executing A/B tests for onsite content.Experience with Adobe Analytics.Ability to balance multiple priorities at once and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
