Traffic Coordinator
30 hrs per week
$25/Hr W2
Local candidates only, In office 4 days per week M-Thurs, Friday remote
This role is not your true project Manager role. It is a true creative job and works with creatives to get projects out the door so they manage the beginning to the end.
Manage 30 projects in Workfront, a PM oracle based intuitive program. Past experience in PM based tool required.
Work with InTouch (internal) website for consultants and Online Ordering. This position requires working on a laptop, being detail-oriented, and solutions-oriented under tight deadlines.
Manage all assigned Product Marketing, Social, and Sales Education InTouch and Online Ordering jobs through January 2024. This includes all steps needed in Workfront from inception to delivery of new and quarterly projects.
Schedule project briefs and attend meetings as needed, both in person and on Teams.
Open and process all jobs in Workfront, maintain the flow of work, and document progress.
Step in as support for other account managers’ jobs including routings and follow-ups with creative and project owners.
