Brand is looking for a Wholesale Marketing Manager, who is an expert with the athletic consumer, to join our Americas Marketing team! The

Americas Wholesale Marketing Manager

is at the forefront of driving Crocs’ wholesale marketing efforts within our Athletic and City Specialty retail channels. This person is responsible for managing all aspects of seasonal campaign planning for their respective accounts including field and digital activations, media plans, tradeshows, etc. This individual will report directly to the Sr. Director of Channel Marketing and work within a heavy cross functional matrix.What You'll Do

Be responsible for the implementation of Crocs marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns, content marketing, product launches, and other key projects.Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to create cohesiveness between marketing plans and in-store experience.Consistently partner with the merchandising and sales teams to ensure marketing plans support key product stories and deliver against shared business goals.Design, build, and deliver strategic marketing presentations for internal and account-facing meetings.Work with internal cross-functional partners to ensure the Wholesale Marketing team delivers a consistent and integrated brand experience and message across all account platforms.Partner with the Global Ecomm team to implement best practice e-tail marketing tactics, securing optimal return on investment based on key metrics and Crocs digital strategies.Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with wholesale accounts, including paid social, digital media, in-store activations, print, sales programs, and all other marketing activations.Oversee account relationships while operating in a multi-season cycle ranging from current season execution to future season strategic planning.Manage strategic marketing brief development and project timeline management.Regularly share feedback to cross-functional teams and review seasonal strategy of marketing plans consistently to ensure market trends are communicated.Bring an endless curiosity to the athletic lifestyle mindset and competitor landscape to drive connection with the explorer consumer.Support the planning and execution of all Seasonal Sales Meetings.Lead with a growth mindset by identifying ways to expand the business, evolve internal processes and share best practices with cross-functional partners and regional team members.What You'll Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of marketing experience in field or brand capacity, ideally in footwear.Strong presentation skills along with previous key account management experience and budget management expertise.1-2 years of experience in ecommerce marketing is helpful.Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.Comfort communicating at all levels of an organization via strong interpersonal skills.Ability to persuade, influence and build consensus among key stakeholders.You're a self-starter, who is at home in a fast-paced environment. Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
