We are a mid-sized winery looking for a Growth Marketer to amplify our digital presence in the ever-growing Direct to Consumer sales. This individual is a professional who uses data-driven insights and experimentation to develop, optimize, and measure strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue. This individual will also manage and execute digital campaigns and promotions around engaging our customer base to drive sales and repeat sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who knows how to use data to make the right decisions. They are hungry for results and pivot quickly in an ever-changing environment. They come up with creative solutions while leveraging performance data to make decisions and are excited about driving increased email and SMS open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates, thereby increasing loyalty and retention and overall dollars in the DTC market.

Primary ResponsibilitiesEnsure optimal customer experience with elevated and compelling on-brand messaging.Build and develop a high-performance marketing strategy that is focused on connecting directly with customers.Management & optimization of paid ad channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads) while introducing our winery to new channels.Prospecting and testing new growth channels – measuring performance and making recommendations.Measure and continuously optimize key metrics - Customer Acquisition Cost, Customer Lifetime Value and ROI for all digital marketing initiatives.Manage and report ongoing budget spend.Quantify business impact of marketing campaigns and share results.Ensure that comprehensive analytics tracking, testing, and continuous improvement are incorporated throughout every project.Establish and manage digital agency relationships where needed.Contribute content to a digital marketing calendar to coincide with paid campaigns.Oversite of website optimization including SEO and user experience and ultimately growth in e-commerce sales.

Qualifications2+ years of experience as a data-driven performance marketer operating across direct response paid and owned channels at scale.Experience building campaigns, segmentation, customer journey planning, and deployment.Track record of success in managing and scaling all digital channels.Experience in A/B testing and ability to make decisions informed by data.Experience with marketing analytics tracking.Experience in email marketing and creation/development of drip sequences.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Data-driven and analytical, curious about all things business and entrepreneurship.Default to action mindset.Team-player, hard-working, organized, experimental, and goal-oriented.Resourceful, self-directed, and capable of moving quickly.Expert at running social marketing campaigns.Experience in full marketing flow optimization (Ad copy, Landing Pages, etc.).A creative problem solver.
