Anders is a leading, growing financial services advisory firm headquartered in St Louis, Missouri that offers various services to small and mid-market businesses with specialty advisory practices serving hospitals, physician practices, law firms, creative agencies and more. The firm’s services include tax, accounting, audit, technology, talent recruiting, business valuation, and a virtual CFO advisory practice.

To achieve its ambitious growth goal of doubling revenues over the next 5 years, Anders is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing.

In this role, you will build the team and develop and implement growth marketing plans to accelerate demand generation among service lines and key vertical industry segments (ie. real estate, construction, law, digital agencies, cannabis, transportation, banking, etc.). Working closely in partnership with the Director of Brand Marketing and the Managing Director of Marketing, Business Development and the various heads of the service lines, you will be accountable for revenue growth targets, as well as leading growth indicators such as traffic, leads, conversion rates, and the associated ROI metrics for campaign evaluation.

The ideal candidate will be excited about working in a collaborative, growing firm with direct contact with partners, team members, and clients to expand the business through disciplined and aligned marketing plans and programs.

What You’ll Do:

Overall, you will develop and execute marketing strategies based on a data-driven approach, manage the growth marketing budget, oversee the growth marketing team, and report on marketing performance to senior leadership.

Demand Generation

Build and optimize an integrated, multi-channel demand generation engine to drive high-quality leads and opportunities

Partner with sales to understand key market sectors, buyer personas, and qualification criteria

Collaborate with business leaders and business development to design and oversee the development of targeted campaigns leveraging digital, events, content, and other tactics

Metrics and Measurement

Implement rigorous testing, measurement, and optimization to improve results

Establish KPIs and dashboards to track and measure marketing performance

Conduct regular reporting and reviews with company leadership

Derive actionable insights to guide marketing planning and investment decisions

Implement tools and processes for campaign attribution and funnel analysis

Content Strategy and Development

Working closely with the Director of Brand, define an editorial strategy and calendar aligned to buyer journey stages and personas

Ensure content is optimized for organic search and lead generation

Team Leadership and Development

Hire, develop, and retain top marketing talent including a team of 5-7 managers dedicated to growth sectors, social media/email, digital analytics, marketing automation and talent acquisition

Foster a data-driven, customer-centric, and collaborative culture

Manage and mentor direct reports to achieve their goals and full potential

Set clear team goals, expectations, and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

Your Qualifications:

8+ years B2B marketing experience in high-growth environments, professional services strongly preferred

5+ years successfully managing demand generation and revenue marketing

Deep expertise in performance marketing, including lead generation, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and integrated omnichannel (digital and traditional) campaigns

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams

Experience marketing complex solutions to enterprise customers

Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred

Work Location: St. Louis, MO preferred | Open to remote with frequent travel to St. Louis, MO
