We are looking for a digital marketing specialist to join our marketing team. This person will be responsible for managing our Salesforce Engagement Studio marketing automation software and content management. This will consist of email templates and landing pages, monitoring performance of email drip campaigns, and maintaining the content management process, organization, and assisting with growth strategy and planning.Essential Functions:Work with the sales and marketing team to create and design new content and edit existing content. Includes, but is not limited, to Google Ads, e-commerce, social media, sales materials, and training materialsEnsures that marketing content and materials adhere to the corporate’s brand identity guidelines and privacy policiesCreate lead generating and customer facing email templates in Salesforce Account EngagementCreate landing pages and forms based on current marketing campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement and WordPressUnderstand, define, and write to target audiencesInterview subject matter experts in sales and engineering to identify opportunities and access technical information for fact-checking and accuracyUsing best practices, A/B testing, and modern email trends to ensure maximum deliverability, open rate, and effectivenessIndustry database usage and ABM list building and bounce testingDevelop and maintain content management process and systemsWork with the marketing team to develop editorial guidelines and workflow processesManage content updates and disperse them to the sales team as well as channel partnersLight graphic design work – proficient in adobe suiteWebsite updates and SEOMaintain social media schedule and postingsSupport Revenue Operations with Salesforce training materials for the companySupport Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations projects and initiativesSupervisory Responsibility:This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.This is a full-time position. This role uses standard equipment such as computers, filing cabinets, photocopiers, fax machines, and phones. This role operates in a professional, office environment with access to a break room for breaks and lunch.General Requirements:Familiar with SEO best practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working with technical informationGreat attention to detailsWordPress and adobe suite experienceProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteAble to work independently and in a group settingComfortable learning new platforms and investigate solutionsPhysical Demands:While performing this position, the employee must be able to and will regularly operate a computer, keyboard, and phoneMust be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended periodPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position.
