Marketing Graphic Designer

The Marketing Graphic Designer is primarily responsible for assisting the Marketing Team and driving the graphic design process while ensuring the integrity of all DeSimone Gaming Properties with a focus on guest advertisements.Coordinate all aspects of designs for Promotions/Events/Mailer/E-blast with department heads and/or assignees.Design the Mailer/E-blast first.Follow a checklist for each Promotion Event for pieces needed.Ensure Casino posters and collateral are up to date – (walk casino floor and change after each event).Table TentsCoupon booksCasino TV Maintenance – Weekly/or as needed.Update Casino TV on a weekly basis.Download winner images from the camera and create slides.Review inventory on a regular basis.Order supplies as needed.Work with Newspaper Rep.Create and send all newspaper Ads as needed.Create and post Social Media Company Ads.Check and update the website.Check all links: Tours-Menus-Promos.Keep copies of Mailers in a binder.Responsible for keeping the Events Calendar up to date (Promos/Events/Mailers/E-blasts).JOB REQUIREMENTS:At least 3-5 years of work-related experience.Must be detail-oriented with the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.Working knowledge of HTML, various web design software, and internet-related products.Experience with email marketing.Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.Professional appearance and demeanor.Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.Ability to accurately type a minimum of 35 wpm.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.High School diploma or equivalent.Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
