As a Marketing Specialist, you'll lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to specific market segments and priority industries. Operating within our growth marketing team, you'll drive demand and fuel growth within key vertical markets through strategic planning and the implementation of integrated marketing initiatives. We're seeking a self-starting, energetic individual with exceptional organizational skills and a strong drive to manage initiatives, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Responsibilities:Planned and executed demand generation campaigns aligned with sales strategy in target verticals.Develop messaging and materials that resonate with target personas and segments.Utilize direct and digital marketing, social media, and events to maximize campaign effectiveness.Conduct extensive market research to inform strategy and approach.Create sales enablement tools, presentations, and pitch decks for the sales team from brand templates.Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content driving awareness and generating leads.Identify events and oversee event execution and outreach to drive awareness, generate leads, and yield results.Craft engaging blog posts showcasing company achievements and innovations.Gather customer testimonials for use in marketing materials.Implement reporting mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness and communicate performance against KPIs.Foster collaboration with the sales team for mutual success.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or evidence of exceptional ability with hands-on work experience.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Advantageous to have digital marketing experience.Proficiency in crafting clear, compelling value propositions suitable for various media and organizational levels.Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic to drive business outcomes.Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of independently addressing cross-functional and cross-organizational issues.Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for inspiring others and demonstrating commitment.Ability to consistently meet deadlines and goals in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in developing collaborative relationships and serving as a respected, trusted partner.Willingness to travel up to 25%.Systems:

Experience in Salesforce & Pardot or similar CRM/marketing automation system.Experience in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
