We are seeking an

Instructional Design Lead

for our Global Sales Enablement team supporting our commercial sales channel. This role will be responsible for creating and managing training programs that empower our global commercial sales teams to achieve their targets and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in instructional design and a deep understanding of commercial sales processes.Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of innovative and effective learning solutions, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, video creation, and next generation learning platforms for a global sales audience.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are aligned with sales strategies and objectives.Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the global sales teams and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials.Manage multiple instructional design projects across several products simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and budgets.Work closely with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather content, validate learning objectives, and ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.Stay current with emerging instructional design trends and incorporate them into strategies to enhance the training experience.Review training materials and needs from cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and simplicity before they are delivered.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development and/or relatable experience in instructional design.5+ years of experience in instructional design.Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems, and other relevant technologies.Experience in project management, with the skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proven communication and collaboration skills, with the experience to work effectively with teams across the organization.Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consumer electronic sales.Category knowledge in AR and MR fields.Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.Analytical skills, with experience interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable strategies.Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.Experience in instructional design in a commercial or sales enablement context.Salary: $115,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
