Marketing Manager
PARD USA is seeking a Marketing Manager to add to our growing company. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and deadline-driven individual. You will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through creative ideas and hands-on experience. An interest in working with night vision and thermal scopes is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish as directed by the Director of Marketing.
Develop, create, and guide objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
Coordinate with Graphic Designer for design and production of flyers, posters, and digital content, ensuring alignment with the PARD brand.
Collaborate with Executive and Sales teams to align marketing strategies and sales objectives to ensure a cohesive approach to our market and revenue growth.
Assist Director of Marketing with budgets, allocating resources efficiently to various campaigns to maximize return on investment.
Social Media Management.
Assigned various projects as needed by the Director of Marketing.
Ability to travel to attend trade shows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising marketing strategies.
Significant experience in a managerial role with the ability to sustain market developments.
Thrives in a quick-changing environment and meets numerous deadlines.
Possesses a metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media strategy, as well as traditional media marketing.
Firearm Industry experience preferred.

Full-time
Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000
Benefits:
70% employer paid medical, dental, and vision insurance provided.
Paid Time Off.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday.
9 am – 5 pm.

Reno, NV 89509: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
