This role is hybrid and based out of our downtown Cincinnati office.This position will play a critical role in the strategic development and distribution of external communications to appointed and prospective agents of Great American Insurance Group. As part of the Marketing Services team within our Corporate Marketing & Branding department, this position will be responsible for collaborating and consulting with multiple business units to generate compelling marketing content. In addition, this position will create marketing plans and strategies to support divisional initiatives that aim to increase brand awareness and adoption of Great American’s wide array of specialty insurance products and services.Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with Great American’s property & casualty business units to develop and implement marketing strategies for growth and expansion of company products and services.Develops and implements marketing programs, content and campaigns across multiple media including video, social media, email, web and print.Writes and develops content, ensuring it is appropriate, accurate, and aligned with company style guidelines and the AP Style Guide as well as compliance with procedures, company policy and corporate identity (voice and brand).Educates customers about the communication review process, procedures and company brand guidelines.Stays informed of industry trends and participates in incorporating trend intelligence and market knowledge when planning, designing, and executing strategies/projects.Collaborates with other Corporate Marketing & Branding team members, including Graphic Designers, Videographers and Digital Marketing Analysts.Builds and maintains strong relationships and understanding of customer needs.Provides regular updates to customers on project progress, performance metrics and campaign results.Analyzes marketing campaign data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.Develops materials for customer meetings and events, including industry trade shows, producer events and/or product launches.Coordinates routing and securing appropriate approval from all stakeholders, including the legal department.Develops working knowledge of regulatory guidelines pertaining to communications, advertising and marketing materials.Performs other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsBS/BA or equivalent. Field of study: Business, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism or a related discipline.Generally, 5-8 years of marketing, communications or account management experience; insurance or ad agency experience a plus.High attention to detail.Excellent writing and editing skills, preferably AP Style.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously through clear communication and negotiation.Customer-service oriented with confident decision-making ability.Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.Writing samples will be required of interviewees.Submission of a cover letter is preferred.Business Unit:
