What you will be doing

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing our dynamic marketing strategy. From shaping key messages to driving impactful campaigns, website content, and marketing materials, you will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives. Harnessing industry insights through proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders, you will craft customer messaging that resonates with our core values and develop strategies to support renewal marketing efforts. As a key player in our go-to-market strategy, you will influence critical areas of our business and support our key distribution businesses. Assume a marketing role to develop campaign plans, marketing content, and related materials for the SPS segment.Organize project plans and manage deliverables to ensure milestones are met.Develop marketing strategies and deliverables that support and align with key strategic partners and renewal timelines.Work closely with the digital marketing team to execute the use of web, SEO, and display advertising campaigns and for measuring and reporting on performance.Keep abreast of industry issues, market dynamics, and competitor moves as well as outside trends so that content is relevant and exhibits insights of the healthcare and drug distribution industry, relevant policy/government affairs updates, and general business dynamics.Develop content that is aligned with our strategic direction and core principles and exhibits an appreciation for the level of understanding of its various audiences in architecting and executing content development and deliverables.Work closely with segment marketing counterparts, particularly across our growth and reputation marketing, for support and execution of strategic plan to ensure all communications and content are aligned and optimized for all channels of content, paid media, digital and social media marketing, video, sales tools/collateral, print and in-person.Work collaboratively with stakeholder departments, particularly sales teams aligned to distribution businesses, and across all human health segments to ensure a consistent message across channels and alignment of account outreach.Maintain an ongoing analysis of communications and content performance and recommendations based on those results.Seamlessly manage multiple projects with competing priorities and where needed to gather and evaluate the feedback across many internal stakeholders.Perform related duties as assigned.

What your background should look like

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications (preferred but not required); normally requires a minimum of five (5) years working experience leading marketing campaigns (including marketing strategy development).This position requires strong project management experience related to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and marketing materials and a strong knowledge of marketing best practices.B2B-side marketing and communications experience required. As well as strong writing skills, particularly as it relates to simplifying complex information and updates.Knowledge of and experience in the specific fields of healthcare and drug distribution is preferred but not required.Ability to clearly and confidently express ideas, recommendations, decisions and rationales to both internal and external teams; superior writing and oral-communication skills.Awareness of emerging marketing campaigns and content strategy trends, tools, and technology.Deep understanding of Cenora’s business, audience needs, and revenue drivers.Superior organizational skills and attention to detail; advanced project-management skills.Strong creativity and strategic thinking; inquisitive and driven to learn, understand and communicate; excellent interpersonal and professional skills.Deadline and results-driven; ability to manage and deliver on tight deadlines and willingness to put in discretionary effort to get job done.Elegant use of both qualitative and quantitative data to inform content priorities.Excellent skills in planning and communication; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment in a highly-matrixed organization.Ability to lead teams (internal and external vendors); ability to handle deadlines, competing priorities, and urgent issues.Ability to provide a portfolio of previous marketing strategies and campaigns, including content.

Salary Range

$84,400 - 120,890This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
