Ifyou have a passion for driving innovative marketing strategies that deliverincredible results, join us as our Director of Strategic Marketing.Asa key member of our Marketing leadership team, you'll lead the development andimplementation of effective marketing strategies and programs for our priorityservice lines, including adult and pediatric inpatient and outpatient care for5 hospitals and 280 clinics throughout Greater Los Angeles. You'll align allstrategic marketing activities with a focus on achieving UCLA Health'sstrategic priorities while positioning theorganization as aworld-renowned academic health system.This will involve facilitatingstrategic planning, tactical implementation, resource utilization, performancemeasurement, and optimization.Criticalto your success will be your ability to grow and lead an exceptional strategicprogram management team and build strong relationships with ky leaders andstakeholders throughout UCLA Health. This will include leadership and staff inMarket Intelligence, Channel Strategy, Data &Analytics, Digital CustomerExperience, Marketing Operations, Brand Strategy & Creative, StrategicPartnerships, Communications, clinical and operational leadership anddepartments and divisions throughout the health system. We'reseeking a proven marketing pro with in-depth knowledge of the full scope of marketingand communications, including acquisition, reputation, marketing research, andbrand marketing strategies. You'll need extensive experience and a strong trackrecord of success developing and implementing results-driven strategicmarketing plans and programs, coaching a high-performance team, and buildingrelationships with cross-functional colleagues. Healthcare delivery industryexperience is preferred. You'll also need:At least 10 years of high-level strategic marketing experienceAt least 5 years of team leadership experienceHealthcare delivery experience strongly preferredAdvanced knowledgeof concepts, principles and methods of developing and executing marketingstrategiesAdvanced abilityto translate short and long range business plans to impactful strategicmarketing strategies and programsAdvanced abilityto communicate marketing strategies to internal subject matter experts toaid them in plan and program executionAdvancedleadership and management capabilities, including goal-setting,performance coaching, team leadership, corrective action, and successful collaborationwith leadership colleagues and staff at all levelsAbility to turnshort- and long-range business goals into strategic marketing plans
