The

Visual Associate , will collaborate with the Director and Manager of Visual Merchandising for Catalog and Web to develop and execute presentations for the brand that is aligned with seasonal messaging. The Visual Associate will be responsible for assisting the Manager of Visual Merchandising in developing presentations for assigned catalog and web shoots.

This position requires consistent collaboration with Visual partners, Merchants, Creative, and Production team to ensure that the product and the brand expression for each assortment is fully communicated through catalog layouts, styling and the photo shoots. This position impacts the creative direction for the brand and sales results and the effectiveness to drive traffic to all brand channels.

Work alongside the visual manager to layout assigned seasonal catalog and on brand shoot.Develop shot sheets for assigned deliveries to account for the imagery required to accurately capture all product information.Receive and organize all merchandise, create late lists, generate and track priority lists.Oversee all catalog and web photo shoots, from planning through postproduction.Style out Missy/Plus product with the Visual manager for catalog and web with the objective of keeping continuity between both channels.Tag all merchandise ahead of the photo shoot, print and attach relevant style out photos as guide for freelance stylist.Cast all models for assigned seasonal web shoot.Communicate final shot counts to the Production and Creative teams to facilitate smooth photo shoot for catalog and web. Adjust model shots accordingly.Attend fittings and photo shoots as the product expert in fit and styling. Work with visual manger to make sure fit is accurate and styling is on brand.Maintain the web asset database to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all shots plans which wil include any retouching notes.Who You Are:

College degree in a related field or up to 3 years equivalent related experience.Previous experience in visual presentation, passion for clothes, styling, and fashion trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills, and attention to detailComputer skills and the ability to learn new systemsRequires the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesRequires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to remain nimble, and adaptable to change
