Location: Seattle, WashingtonThe Marketing Automation Specialist has a key role in the Marketing Operations organization responsible for the creation and maintenance of email marketing campaigns, both simple and sophisticated. You will work closely with global teams from demand generation, lifecycle management, regional and integrated marketing to bring their requirements to life in smart, efficient, and reporting-optimized email campaigns. You will need to be detail-focused and thorough to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, without error and the right emails are deployed to the right customer at the right time across two brands and up to 20+ languages. You will be joining a team of top-tier Marketing Automation professionals and will assist in the administration of our Marketing Automation Platform for users across Getty Images. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to learn and grow with an impactful Marketing Operations team.Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties in our Marketing Automation Platform (Oracle Eloqua) including list uploads, user creation and deprecation, system configuration, asset audits and organization, and error investigations.Work with our marketing partners to build batched and triggered email campaigns in Eloqua to support customer lifecycle management programs including onboarding, nurture, sales enablement, and customer retention.Import and QA email assets.Create and publish forms and landing pages to collect contact requests and crucial customer info for Sales and other teams; ensure proper data collection and transformation with accurate contact and opportunity routing to Salesforce.com campaigns.Provide campaign performance reporting to our marketing collaborators and create and maintain operational dashboards.Supervise operational dashboards for campaign and data issues; assist users and partners with campaign and platform questions.Build Emails and Cadences in Salesforce.com to support Demand Generation programs and Regional Marketing priorities.Salesforce Reporting and Dashboard building.What You'll Need:
2+ years of experience creating segments and multi-step email campaigns in an Enterprise Marketing Automation Platform (Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience will be considered.Strong understanding of email marketing metrics, legal standards, and best practices.Basic HTML knowledge.Ability to prioritize projects appropriately based on urgency or importance.Outstanding attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes.Ability to assess data quality, report and analyze campaign performance.Curiosity and keen ability to problem-solve.Desire to create efficiency.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.Passionate, positive attitude, easily adapting to change.Custom reporting and dashboard building.The starting salary range for this position at the time of posting is USD $75,000 to USD $96,000 per annum. Getty Images has different ranges in different locations within the US, and this range represents the starting base pay range. Actual compensation will depend on factors including but not limited to: qualifications.
